Common questions
Do I need a developer to set this up?
No. We deploy and configure everything. You get a URL and a login. The only setup on your end is connecting your social accounts through the in-app wizard — it's a few clicks each.
Can I access the server or files?
No. Beam runs on managed Bagful hosting — you get access to the app only. This keeps it simple and secure. No cPanel, no file manager, no server maintenance on your end.
What video formats does Beam support?
MP4 with H.264 codec — which covers virtually every video exported from any editing app. For Instagram specifically, videos must be at least 3 seconds and under 15 minutes.
What happens when my Instagram or LinkedIn token expires?
Both expire every 60 days. Beam will notify you, and reconnecting takes under a minute through the in-app setup wizard. YouTube tokens don't expire.
Is my social account data safe?
Yes. Your OAuth tokens are stored in your own isolated database instance on Bagful's servers. No data is shared across customers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Billing is quarterly — cancel before your next renewal and you won't be charged again. No lock-in, no cancellation fees.
