Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 November 2026
These terms apply to fidus.one and to Fidus Beam, the social publishing tool Fidus Synergies LLP ("Fidus", "we")
runs under /beam on its brand websites. By using either, you agree to them. Our
Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
1. Who can use Fidus Beam
Fidus Beam is not a public service. Only the owners of the brands it runs for, and people they authorise, can sign in. You must keep your sign-in details private and tell us at once if you think someone else has used them.
2. Connected accounts
- You may only connect Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, YouTube channels and LinkedIn profiles or pages that you own or are allowed to manage.
- By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
- Content published through Beam must also follow the terms and community rules of Meta, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- You can disconnect an account at any time in Beam, or remove Beam's access in the platform's own settings. See our data deletion page.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the text, images and videos you put into Beam. You give us permission to store, process and send them to the platforms you choose, only so that Beam can publish them for you. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you publish.
Your media and post records are kept in your own storage, one folder per post with a record of what was published where. Beam never deletes them automatically. You decide when, or whether, they are removed.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use Beam to publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content, or spam.
- Do not try to access other brands' data, get around security, or overload the service.
5. Availability
We work to keep Beam running and posts on schedule, but the platforms it publishes to can change their rules, reject posts or be unavailable. We cannot promise that every post goes out at the exact time planned, and Beam is provided as it is.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Fidus is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by the platforms Beam publishes to.
7. Changes and ending use
We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the latest version. We may suspend access that breaks these terms. You can stop using Beam at any time.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mohali, Punjab, have jurisdiction.
