One thing to know: X (Twitter) charges per-post via their pay-per-use API — roughly $0.01 per tweet, billed by X directly to your account. Beam includes the X integration in every plan; the X API fees are billed separately by X. Posting to YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook is free.

Common questions

Do I need a developer to set this up?
No. We deploy and configure everything. You get a URL and a login. The only setup on your end is connecting your social accounts through the in-app wizard — it's a few clicks each.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Start on monthly to try it, switch to quarterly or annual when you're ready — we credit any unused time from your current plan toward the new one. No friction, no penalties.
Why does X charge per post when the others are free?
X moved to a pay-per-use API model in early 2026. Each tweet posted via the API costs roughly $0.01, billed by X directly to your account. Beam includes the X integration in every plan — you only pay X for the API usage. For most users that's a few rupees a month. YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook do not charge for API usage.
What happens if I post directly from my phone instead of Beam?
Beam catches it. The post shows up in your dashboard automatically — title, description, link to the published video. Your post history stays unified. If you want the video file itself backed up to your R2 bucket, open the post in Beam and upload your local copy — Beam renames it and handles the R2 upload for you.
Can I access the server or files?
No. Beam runs on managed Bagful hosting — you get access to the app only. This keeps it simple and secure. No cPanel, no file manager, no server maintenance on your end.
What video formats does Beam support?
MP4 with H.264 codec — which covers virtually every video exported from any editing app. For Instagram specifically, videos must be at least 3 seconds and under 15 minutes.
What happens when my Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn token expires?
All three expire periodically — Instagram and LinkedIn every 60 days, Facebook every 60 days as well. Beam will notify you, and reconnecting takes under a minute through the in-app setup wizard. YouTube and X tokens auto-refresh.
Is my social account data safe?
Yes. Your OAuth tokens are stored in your own isolated database instance on Bagful's servers. No data is shared across customers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Billing is quarterly — cancel before your next renewal and you won't be charged again. No lock-in, no cancellation fees.
