FLO goes in clean. What surrounds it usually isn't

After a year of deploying FLO into live client environments, a pattern became impossible to ignore. The platform lands clean. The ground around it rarely is. A brand with no usable assets. A website that can't carry a funnel. Landing pages that were never built. Infrastructure that was never meant for this.

That work is real, it sits outside our house, and clients shouldn't have to go find it themselves. So we name the people who do it.

What surfaces around a deployment

A platform doesn't fail on its own. It fails because the things it depends on were never built. Four gaps show up again and again — and not one of them is an automation problem.

A brand that was never defined

A logo in the wrong format. No colour system, no type rules, no usable photography. Automation can send a thousand messages, but it cannot decide what the business looks like. That decision has to be made first.

A website that can't carry a funnel

FLO captures the lead. The site has to earn it. Old builds, slow pages, no landing structure, forms that go nowhere — the automation works perfectly and the pipeline still stays empty.

Pages and content that don't exist

Every campaign needs somewhere to land. Most businesses have a homepage and very little behind it. Without destinations worth arriving at, spend goes out and nothing comes back.

Infrastructure never built for this

Hosting, DNS, SSL, mail deliverability, page speed. A deployment doesn't create these problems — it makes them visible, usually on the day they matter most.

Four things we hold to

Bringing in a partner shouldn't hand the client a second vendor to manage. These are the terms we work under.

One point of accountability

Fidus stays responsible for the outcome. You raise it with us, we resolve it. You are not left managing a relay between two suppliers.

Scope before work

What is included, what is not, and what it costs — agreed in writing before anything starts. Surprises belong in the discovery phase, not the invoice.

Named, not white-labelled

You know who is doing the work and you can talk to them directly. We do not pass off someone else's craft as our own.

You own what is built

Source files, design assets, accounts and access — handed over on completion, on your domain, under your control.

Design & development

The partner we bring in when a deployment needs design judgement or front-end build.

WebShilpkar has been a working design studio since 2003 — branding, identity, website design, editorial and content, and craft work. Vikramjit leads it.

Where a FLO deployment needs design judgement or front-end build, that work goes to him. Not as a subcontractor kept out of sight, but as the person the client can speak to about their own brand.

We add partners slowly

A name goes on this page only after we have seen the gap repeatedly and watched the person close it under real conditions. If you run a studio or practice that fits the work described above, we would rather know you before we need you.

Deploying FLO, or fixing what's around it?

Either way, it is one conversation. Tell us what you are running and we will tell you what is actually in the way.
